Hey, this isn't Green or Eco-Friendly?
We are currently test marketing several products that don't fit our traditional mold to appropriately gauge what our buying demographics are.  Be sure that if we come across a great green steal we'll certainly put it on here, but the reality is we have to make a small profit to even stay in business, and the market for eco-products is somewhat fickle.

But that's not any cheaper than any where else on the internet?
We try to find you the best deals we can, but some times we run into a little thing in the distribution industry as a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) agreement.  This is where the manufacturer puts a requirement that nobody, including us sell too cheap.  The key to look for when you see these is to pay attention to shipping costs.  One other thing to look for is coupons.  Coupons don't play into MAP agreements, and while we, at GreenSteal don't offer coupons, you may find them for other websites.  Good luck!

How does shipping work?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 per item.  We utilize various shipping methods dependant upon each product, and in many cases this will not be the United States Postal Service.  Please be advised that UPS and Federal Express cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.  If you wish to purchase something to ship to a P.O. box, you may be contacted regarding an alternate shipping address or an additional shipping charge.  Every once in a great while we may have a promotion with FREE shipping, but don't hold your breath, you'll be the one turning Green then.

GreenSteal ships from multiple locations from around the globe so shipping times vary from 1-3 weeks.  We work very hard with our partners to minimize delivery price and time, but sometimes circumstances are beyond our control.  Feel free to contact us if you haven't received your product within the expected time, or if you haven't received a shipping notification.  When available we will provide you with shipping & tracking information.

I live outside the USA. Can I buy from GreenSteal.com?
At this time, we can only ship to addresses located inside the USA.

What is your return policy?
For products that are not as presented, we'll give you a refund, store credit, or an exchange depending upon the circumstance.  If you recieve a defective/broken product we'll work with you and the manufacturer to get you a replacement,  If you're just not happy with your purchase, buyer's remorse, then we'll offer you a store credit when possible, however you will be responsible for shipping charges.  This offer is subject to the manufacturers return policy.

Return requests need to be within 15 days of receiving the product or 30 days of purchase (subject to suppliers return policy), whichever comes first.  Simply visit our SUPPORT page to file a claim and tell us what your concern is.
